Terms of sale & orders

All orders are subject to written confirmation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production begins after deposit is received and design approval is confirmed.

  • Deposits: Typically 30–50% depending on project size.
  • Lead times: Standard lead times are stated per quote — timelines vary by material and complexity.
  • Price adjustments: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust for material surcharges if agreed in writing.

Deposits, payments and cancellations

We accept e-transfers, major credit cards, and bank transfers. Deposits secure materials and production slots. Full payment required prior to final delivery unless alternative terms agreed in writing.

Changes requested after production commences may incur additional fees. Cancellations may result in loss of deposit to cover material and labour costs; specifics are provided in each quote.

Title and risk pass to the customer on delivery. Installation services are charged separately unless included in the quote. We coordinate delivery windows and provide installation guidance.

Warranties, returns and remedies

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for 2 years from delivery on most custom pieces; warranties on finishes and hardware vary. Returns are limited — because pieces are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns for change of mind.

If a product is defective or not as described, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and applicable provincial rules.
